I’m Hannah Ruthie.

I am: a 21(22)-year-old city girl, living in the suburbs, dreaming of seeing the world;
a believer in Jesus Christ who is learning what it means to have genuine faith;
studying communications at SPU;
feeling overwhelmingly trapped by my small town and college life.

My heart is for: the nations, for people, for going and serving.

My greatest dreams: becoming a published author;
living in Costa Rica;
backpacking through Europe;
seeing the Holy Land;
being fluent in Spanish and French;
adopting one or more children;
falling in love and getting married, someday.

Things that I especially love: Costa Rica; my brothers — Nathan & Seth; cats; experiencing new cultures; tacos from a taqueria; sushi; downtown Seattle; talking with strangers; getting and sending letters and postcards; writing; learning/speaking Spanish;  the beauty of language and art; going places I’ve never been and getting lost for a while; futbol; the sound of rain; campfires; being enamored by the sky; blustery days; being outside; being by the water; having friends all over the world; Skype chats; airplanes; new places; new faces; stamps in my passport

The people that make my world go ’round:

My family: brothers, Nathan & Seth; mom, Jenna; Uncle Tom; Aunt Marcia; Luke & Gabe

My best friend and soul sister: Mallory

The four musketeers, my best friends and the best guys I know: Gabo, Jota and Josue
